Bliss

Having Bliss in the studio has been a goal of mine since joining radio UTD in the fall. I’ve known one of their members since junior high, when these guys were just beginning to bond over 90s grunge and developing their music skills. Five years ago, this band formed, and since then they’ve released some great albums and preformed the best, most intimate and energetic shows I have been lucky to witness. Their style is deeply rooted in the revered alternative rock bands of the 90s and being their own unique, charming, and intense energy to the DFW local music scene. They’ve got a third album soon to be released, but for now let’s enjoy when they preformed for us at the tail-end of the spring semester. – Amanda Maceda, DJ
